As the continuously tapering spiral body guides the slurry, it undergoes tangential and collision actions along the spiral path, changing direction and forming a sheet-like spray into a concentric conical shape. The liquid flows unobstructed from the inlet to the outlet of the nozzle cavity. Even at very low operating pressures, it maintains high absorption efficiency, earning widespread recognition in desulfurization systems. The silicon carbide high-flow nozzle, also known as the reaction-bonded silicon carbide desulfurization nozzle, is a key component in thermal power plants, large boilers, and complete sets of desulfurization and dust removal equipment.
